Join a team that innovates to meet growing energy demand and build a cleaner future. We are looking for Stack Technicians to assemble, test, and support the development of our fuel cells. (2 positions to fill)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assemble fuel cells and their sub-assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards

• Handle and prepare membranes, MEAs (membrane electrode assemblies), bipolar plates, gaskets, and end plates

• Use assembly tooling, presses, and leak/pressure testing equipment

• Contribute to the manufacturing of prototypes and pre-series stacks, in collaboration with engineering

• Record manufacturing data, perform in-process quality checks, and report non-conformities

• Maintain the workshop and cleanroom clean, safe, and well-organized

• Participate in the continuous improvement of assembly processes and fixtures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical apprenticeship (CFC) or degree in a mechanical, electromechanical, or related field

• 3 to 4 years of experience in precision assembly, ideally in fuel cells, batteries, electronics, or automotive

• Proficient with hand tools, torque tools, and basic measuring equipment

• Meticulous, skilled, and quality-conscious, with a strong attention to detail

• Able to read technical drawings and work instructions

• Team player and able to work independently

• Good level of English or French mandatory (oral and written); German is an asset

• Experience in a cleanroom or controlled environment is an asset
