Responsabilités et attentes:Sous la direction de l’équipe des Ressources humaines d’IPS, le(la) Technicien(ne) RH agit comme un soutien essentiel à l’équipe RH au Canada. Recrutement:
  • Superviser l’ensemble du processus de recrutement au Canada pour tous les postes.
  • Rédiger les affichages de poste conformément aux directives de l’entreprise.
  • Conduire les entrevues et s’occuper de la planification avec les gestionnaires d’embauche.
  • Rechercher activement les meilleurs candidats en utilisant des plateformes de recrutement telles qu’Indeed et LinkedIn.
  • Accompagner les candidats tout au long du processus afin d’assurer une excellente expérience candidat.
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires d’embauche tout au long du processus, bien comprendre leurs besoins en recrutement ainsi que les défis propres à leur région.
  • Faire de la recherche et recommander des partenariats et commandites dans le cadre de la stratégie de recrutement.
  • Participer à des événements de recrutement partout au Canada afin de promouvoir IPS en tant qu’ambassadeur de l’entreprise.
  • Coordonner l’intégration des nouveaux employés en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et l’équipe d’intégration d’IPS.
  • Agir comme principal point de contact pour les candidats et les gestionnaires d’embauche.

Soutien administratif:
  • Fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe RH canadienne en préparant/mettant à jour des documents, rapports, dossiers d’employés, etc.
  • Support corporate initiatives related to compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Assist with editing/reviewing French translated documents.
  • Assist with any tasks/projects assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Technical diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment, ideally in a multi-site or industrial environment.
  • Excellent command of office software, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (100% bilingual).
  • Knowledge of Canadian labor laws (an asset).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
