Parc de l'Alliance is looking for a surface technician

The Parc de l’Alliance residence is a new rest and care home with 120 rooms and a residence-services department counting 32 units. It is located in the calm and peaceful environment of the Parc de l’Alliance in Braine-l’Alleud.

The residence is part of the Anima group and has recently been recognized as Great Place to Work©. With this project, we aim for the happiness of our employees in their daily work. Our action is focused on strengthening the trust link between the worker and his supervisor. What do we expect from you?

In your role as a surface technician, you will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas of the establishment to ensure hygiene, order, and cleanliness.

Your function

• You maintain the residents' rooms, for example by dusting furniture, cleaning and disinfecting sanitary installations, and cleaning the floor.

• You take care of corridors and public areas, for example by cleaning floors.

• You maintain offices and meeting rooms.

• You perform a periodic important maintenance according to a certain schedule, for example window cleaning.

• You prepare equipment to enable effective maintenance.

• You identify the inventory of cleaning products for restocking the maintenance cart and service stores.

• A replacement contract (part-time: 19 hours to 28.5 hours per week is available)

• We work 1 weekend per month
