Dans un contexte de remplacement stratégique, we are looking for an accounting technician to play a key role and structure in the financial management of the company.

The Role

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure complete bookkeeping: invoicing, client and supplier accounts, deposits
  
• Perform the follow-up of accounts to be received and paid
  
• Compile and validate time sheets, in coordination with the administrative team
  
• Prepare and produce government reports (TPS/TVQ)
  
• Realize bank reconciliations with rigor
  
• Ensure the follow-up of subsidies and guarantee plans
  
• Collaborate closely with project managers, particularly for client invoicing
  
• Support the Chief Accountant in preparing quarterly and annual reports
  
• Contribute to various administrative tasks, according to operational needs
  
  

Profile Sought

Requirements

• DEC or BAC in accounting
  

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Broad computer skills, knowledge of Sage software and office tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
  
• Solid understanding of corporate accounting and accounting standards
  
• Excellent mastery of spoken and written French, functional knowledge of English
  
• Knowledge of the construction industry (asset)
