RESPONSABILITIES :

Under the supervision of the corporate finance assurance and guarantee controller, the administrative technician has the following main functions:

  • Collaborate with the insurance broker for the issuance of various insurance certificates;
  • Account for invoices and validate account statements;
  • Manage common department email boxes;
  • Open claim files;
  • Open project files;
  • Take charge of some claim files;
  • Collaborate with analysts to submit insurance and guarantees required for projects within deadlines;
  • Update certain SharePoint team sites;
  • Perform any other connected tasks to support the team.


RequirementsREQUIREMENTS :
  • Hold a degree in administration;
  • Experience in the construction sector and administration;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Advanced English (asset).
