Technician - Heating Maintenance Technician H/F

Heating Maintenance & Repair Technician (H/F) Your Temporis agency is recruiting for one of its clients a Heating Maintenance & Repair Technician (H/F) to strengthen its teams. Your missions As a maintenance technician, you will work with a clientele of individuals and professionals on heating and air conditioning equipment. As such, you will be responsible for: * Preventive Maintenance - Carry out annual regulatory maintenance on gas boilers, fuel oil boilers, and heat pumps; - Check the tightness of refrigeration circuits; - Clean installations and verify their energy performance; - Ensure the proper functioning and reliability of equipment. * Corrective Maintenance - Diagnose malfunctions and identify the origins of faults; - Identify defective parts; - Carry out necessary repairs or replacements; - Restore equipment to working order in compliance with current standards. * Commissioning - Carry out adjustments and parameter settings of installations; - Perform tests and functional checks; - Support customers in understanding their equipment. * Administrative Follow-up - Complete intervention forms; - Draft conformity documents and necessary certificates; - Transmit repair needs and associated quotes. Profile sought - Holder of a Professional Baccalaureate (Refrigeration, HVAC Maintenance, TMSEC) or a BTS in Climate Engineering; - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role; - Solid skills in thermal, hydraulic, electrical, and handling of refrigerants; - Good analytical skills and diagnostic sense; - Autonomy, rigor, and customer service orientation; - Driving license B essential. Job conditions - 39-hour contract per week; - Day shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; - Intervention area mainly located within a 30 to 40 km radius around Montceau-les-Mines; - Occasional and infrequent travel; - Company vehicle provided; - Mutual insurance covered at 90% by the employer; - Performance-based bonuses; - Salary according to experience.
