Your missions: - Actively participate in the fabrication and decoration of dials, including stone and other special materials dials. - Ensure technical mastery of production procedures (preparation, tracing, varnishing, finishing, aesthetic control). - Collaborate closely with Production Manager, Team Leaders, and Commercial Manager to ensure technical compliance, quality, and respect for client deadlines. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to production operations. Your profile: - Technical training (CFC, BTS or equivalent) in watchmaking, microtechnology or industrial processes. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the production or decoration of watch dials, including ideally experience with stone dials. - Excellent understanding of fabrication procedures, sense of precision and aesthetics. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders (production, methods, quality, sales). - Good level of French (German is an asset).
