Within the framework of its development activities, our client, a high-end watchmaking company, offers an opportunity in the Noirmont sector for a General Services Technician (M/F). Ensure maintenance interventions, both preventive and corrective, on technical installations within the building (electricity, plumbing, lighting, locksmithing, etc.). Manage small renovation and maintenance work on premises. Follow up on external service provider interventions and ensure their proper execution. Carry out periodic checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in internal relocations, manage rooms, and arrange workspace layouts. Ensure technical support for various internal services.
