Field Service Technician M/F

Ecoclean Technologies, based in Le Mans (France), is looking for a Service Technician. This field position is to be filled on a permanent full-time contract, as soon as possible. Your main mission will be to carry out interventions at the client's site to install new machines or carry out modifications on existing equipment. Your missions will be as follows: Troubleshooting and maintenance - Diagnose breakdowns and resolve them - Provide telephone support to the client - Execute Ecoclean/client maintenance contracts Installation of new equipment, refurbishment, and modification of installations - Prepare your worksite - Proceed with the installation of the equipment - Carry out the worksite independently and/or with a subcontracting team - Proceed with the necessary adjustments and settings - Validate operating modes and quality results - Train clients on the equipment - Participate with the project manager in the finalization of reservations - Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the worksite Commercial development - Promote Ecoclean products and services - May be involved in assisting the sales representative in their prospecting activities - May be involved in assisting the Service Manager in drafting offers through expertise on installations.
