After-Sales Service Technician - International Installation M/F

Integrated into the Camus Ceva Ecat-iD Campus, a specialist in animal health engineering in the poultry sector, you will be a true technical ambassador to our clients worldwide. You will work on innovative equipment and directly contribute to its performance and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the installation, commissioning, and technical support of our equipment at customer sites, in close collaboration with project teams. The majority of your time will be spent in the field (approximately 70% of your time on international travel, after training). Your main responsibilities: Technical interventions at customer sites: - Install, commission, and adjust equipment - Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and failure analysis - Perform assembly, wiring, and mechanical adjustments - Conduct tests and guarantee installation compliance Preparation and monitoring of interventions: - Prepare your missions (needs analysis, equipment, tools) - Supervise the reception and installation of equipment - Write intervention reports and ensure reporting - Monitor schedules and alert in case of deviations Customer relations & technical support: - Train customer technical teams - Provide advice and technical expertise - Identify and report customer needs - Guarantee a quality customer experience Internal contribution: - Participate in the continuous improvement of products and processes - Occasionally intervene in the workshop (assembly, wiring, testing) - Contribute to equipment validation before shipment
