Quality Technician

Manpower We are recruiting a Quality Products Auditor (M/F) on behalf of a prestigious watch manufacturer located in Geneva. We are looking for a Quality Products Auditor to join a specialized team responsible for product quality and production audits, with a key role in controlling and validating series watches. - Conduct audits on series watches issued from production, applying control methods comparable to those used during development phases - Perform technical measurements according to defined procedures and qualification standards - Examine, exploit, and interpret results to determine product conformity - Organize and follow up on test planning, ensure coordination of tests, and feed quality tracking tables - Identify deviations and initiate corrective actions as needed in collaboration with concerned production sectors ​ - Laboratory Watchmaker, Technician ES in microtechnology or equivalent title - Solid experience in a laboratory measurement and control environment - Analytical spirit, ability to synthesize, and ease of communication - Good mastery of usual computer tools (office suite) - Autonomy, rigor, and strong adaptability and learning capacity Branch: Uhrenherstellung und Luxusartikeln Function: Production
