Job description
Manpower For our Production division, we are looking for a Quality Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to animate quality life series (indicators, incident treatment quality) on a manufacturing sector in close collaboration with production. Activities - Animate daily quality performance of a workshop in collaboration with production teams, industrialization service, suppliers, and clients - Ensure the maintenance of good quality practices by participating in production sector pilotage sessions - Actively participate in resolving quality incidents and continuous improvement procedures - Provide technical support to colleagues during production setup - Manage quality relations with suppliers Profile - HES/ES diploma in mechanics, microtechnology or equivalent completed by a quality training - Experience in setting up similar quality processes (processes and operational, minimum 2-3 years) - Required knowledge of preventive and curative quality management tools (problem-solving methodologies, process audit, 8D, 5M, QRQC) - Rigor, autonomy, organization, and team spirit - Animation, listening, analysis, synthesis, communication, and adaptation capacities - Strong learning and integration capacity We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, and top-notch social benefits.
