Machining Methods Technician (H/F)

Manpower For our Production division, we are looking for a Machining Methods Technician (H/F) whose main mission will be to participate in the implementation, development, and optimization of machining processes on our production means. Activities - Define optimal machining processes in terms of strategy, quality, cycle time, and tool wear - Participate in industrializing new products and processes and formalize reference states - Conduct production tests in collaboration with partner services and produce associated reports - Ensure technical support and a presence on site for production - Perpetuate professional know-how by creating instructions and piloting site references Profile - CFC Polymécanicien completed by an engineering degree or equivalent from HES / Technician ES in microtechnology (or equivalent) - Recognized skills in machining on CNC machines (programming, turning) - Mastery of the functioning and adjustment of CNC machines, as well as interfaces - In-depth knowledge of a CAD software and mastery of ISO programming - Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team - Force of proposals, autonomy, rigor, taste for the terrain, analytical spirit, and synthesis Nous vous offrons un environnement stimulant, d'excellentes conditions de travail et des prestations sociales de premier ordre.
