Automated Finishing Technician (H/F)

Responsibilities Your responsibilities: - Develop and optimize CNC programs for automated finishing (polishing, satinizing). - Ensure integration, formalization, and production-ready implementation of new products and processes. - Follow and communicate the status of ongoing tasks and projects. - Conduct production tests in close collaboration with technical services and write analysis reports. - Actively participate in continuous improvement projects in production. - Update technical data related to equipment and production operations. Profile Your profile: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technician ES in microtechnology or equivalent. - Proven skills in CNC programming, polishing, and satinizing on automated finishing machines. - Experience in robotics and automated finishing of watch components. - Mastery of CREO and ERP SAP software. - Methodical and rigorous mindset with analytical and synthetic abilities. - Appreciation for teamwork and strong presence on the ground. - Availability for initial training in Geneva before integrating into the production site in the canton of Fribourg. - Swiss residency - Suisse nationality or holder of a B or C residence permit.
