Adecco For our client, we are looking for a Technician Methods / Technical Preparer Industrial Pipe (Site) ? (H/F/D) Main Mission Ensure the technical preparation and coordination of pipe works on site, ensuring safety, quality, and respect for deadlines. He/She is the link between the study office, the construction manager, and his/her teams of assembly and logistics on site. Responsibilities - Technical preparation in industrial piping - Analyze isometric plans and technical files to anticipate needs. - Define and prepare necessary documents for launching work on site: material, assembly: pieces, valves, joints, bolting - Interface with the site warehouse - Treat revisions to plans (study modifications, work modifications) and identify impacts (material, progress tracking, ...) on modification sheets for work, in relation with the construction manager - Realize manual and/or AUTOCAD drawings of isometrics - Use/exploit 3D model (NAVISWORK) provided - Utilize PONTICELLI PERF System (training will be provided for modules: preparation/material/quality/fabrication/montage) - Follow technical preparation board - Record daily progress in assembly, welding, and control - Prepare test networks - Ensure conformity of technical preparations - Control receipt of materials and their quality before assembly (assist site warehouse) and perform receptions in PERF System. - Launch isometrics for fabrication in the workshop or realization on site - Follow and record work progress information in PERF System and adjust preparations if necessary. - Participate in construction meetings and report blocking points. - Prepare activities for checking on site at the end of work Profile - Techniques: Reading isometric plans, knowledge of industrial piping material (tubes, fittings, valves, joints) according to EN, welding procedures, industrial piping standards, pipe classes, industrial design, 3D utilization. - Organizational: Flow management, planning, receptions, coordination with the construction site. - Tools: ERP (PERF System with training), pack Office, NAVISWORK, AUTOCAD, DAO. - Personal qualities: Reactivity, rigor, autonomous, practical sense, mobile, communication. - Bachelor's degree +2/3 in boilermaking, piping, or mechanics. - CFC CAI or equivalent formation - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical preparation or industrial pipe works on site; pharmaceutical environment.
