Methods Technician

We are looking for a Methods Technician with a strong appetite for programming machining. You will be a key player in optimizing manufacturing processes, particularly in preparing CN programs and technical interface between the design office and workshop. Your missions will be as follows: Realize the programming of numerical control machines (CN) in liaison with technical plans provided (FANUC, Heidenhain, Siemens, etc.) Participate in defining the specifications for machining operations and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficient use of resources. Develop and maintain documentation on machining operations and provide training to production staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed. Analyze and resolve technical problems related to machining operations. Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
