Job description

1. Study the production setup of new products and update existing ones: - Create the necessary elements in the ERP for the production of new articles: routing, bill of materials, control parameters, packaging. - Be the technical contact for the client during the development of a new product - Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and design review - Create the computer files and plans necessary for production in conjunction with the DTP department if needed - Create recipes and machine programs - Implement the processing of modifications 2. Define processes, means, and operating procedures: - Provide technical support for production, R&D - Write and update operating procedures - Respect the basics of the profession (design rules related to the process, quality compliance) - Participate in continuous improvement projects (FMEA, 8D, 5S) 3. Manage technical product data and databases: - Archive client technical data - Manage the database of computer files necessary for production (cutting plan, print file, final artwork) - Respect ERP usage rules (article creation rules) 4. Plays a role in the respect and improvement of health, safety, and environmental rules: - Know and apply the safety instructions related to the workstation and the site - Integrate one's own safety, consider the safety of others, and be a driving force in the safety of one's area - Set an example - Know the environmental prevention measures - Know and apply waste sorting rules - Ensure the cleanliness of one's workstation
