Methods and Industrialization Technician

In order to strengthen our technical development team based within our Clothing Manufacturing Plant in Saignelégier, we are looking for a Methods and Processes Technician:Participate in product process reviews to define a coherent, reconciling technical requirements, quality, costs and deadlines, develop programs for grinding and mechanization intended for watchmaking components, as well as defining the necessary procedures for the implementation of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and industrialization techniques, as well as experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. He/She must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to read and write technical documents is also essential. In addition, the candidate should have knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and experience in using computerized systems for data analysis and reporting. This position requires a high level of organization, time management, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's values and mission, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
