Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Technician Methods - Time Coding (M/F) whose main mission will be to time-code the cycle times and prepare articles on site at Plan-les-Ouates. Responsibilities - Ensure interface with Exploitation, Industrialisation, Management, and Finance - Time-code cycle times and ensure updating of operational times as well as their interpretations - Carry out periodic controls and associated corrections - Promote and anchor a culture of performance times by ensuring reliability and continuous training of collaborators - Manage the Time Coding activity by handling requests for time modifications and calculating the impacts of time evolutions on production - Analyze performance time data and develop pilot indicators Profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in production, or equivalent formation - Desired experience in workplace study (Lean Management), production logistics, and/or industrial management - Comfortable with computer tools such as SAP / BI, Tableau Desktop, and MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerQuery) - Rigor, precision, analytical spirit, and synthesis - Propensity for proposals, autonomy, taste for the field and exchanges We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, flexible work time solutions, and top-notch social benefits.
