As part of an assignment within a pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic industrial environment, we are looking for a Metrology & Compliance Technician.

Integrated into the Utilities & Metrology department, you will contribute to the monitoring and reliability of the site's scientific equipment park. Your role is to ensure the compliance, reliability, and safety of equipment, while overseeing metrology and maintenance interventions.

Main Missions:

• Ensure the management, monitoring, and updating of the park of measurement equipment and instruments;
• Plan and carry out periodic metrological checks and verifications of equipment;
• Participate in the monitoring and verification of installations related to air treatment, CVC, and HVAC;
• Carry out or coordinate maintenance and metrology operations, in collaboration with users and external providers;
• Analyze breakdowns, malfunctions, and non-conformities, ensure their follow-up, and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions;
• Analyze control reports and verify the compliance of services rendered;
• Conduct technical and comparative tests to develop or improve metrological control methods;
• Draft, update, and deploy metrological and organizational procedures;
• Ensure the traceability of interventions as well as the updating of equipment-related information in dedicated management tools;
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze services performed, identify new needs, and ensure the continued compliance of the park.

Requirements

About you

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in metrology, maintenance, instrumentation, or equipment monitoring activities, ideally in a regulated industrial environment.
• Technical Skills: You have mastered metrology and periodic verification activities, as well as the monitoring of equipment park. Knowledge of air treatment / CVC / HVAC, maintenance, and breakdown analysis is appreciated.
• Quality and Compliance: You are comfortable with identifying and addressing non-conformities, analyzing control reports, and managing associated documentation.
• Tools: You are proficient with office automation tools, especially Excel. Knowledge of metrology management software, particularly Optimu, is a plus.
• Referentials: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 10012 standards, as well as regulatory requirements related to metrology, is appreciated.
• Education: You have a technical degree from Bac+2 to Bac+3 (Associate's to Bachelor's level) in metrology, physical measurements, instrumentation, industrial maintenance, or an equivalent field.
• Personal Qualities: You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills. Your analytical skills, interpersonal and writing abilities, and capacity to work with various stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.
• Driver's license required.
