HVAC Maintenance Technician M/F

As part of a team reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of collective heating systems in all types of collective buildings (commercial, municipal and territorial, public or private housing). You will work on medium and high-power thermal installations: - Operation of installations (temperature readings, meters, fuel stocks); control, maintenance and operational optimization (combustion, adjustments) - Diagnosis of breakdowns or anomalies, corrective or palliative actions for troubleshooting, repair of installations within deadlines and operational control - In support of quality, safety, and environmental procedures, you will master and prevent risks associated with heating installations and the execution of your tasks - You will ensure the traceability of your actions by using digital tools for your reporting: planning, quote requests, intervention reports.
