📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work at the logistics sites of Blanc-Mesnil and Mitry-Mory to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the facilities. You will primarily work in two areas: building infrastructure maintenance and mechanical maintenance of automated order preparation equipment and systems.
🎯 MISSIONS
Perform preventive and curative maintenance of the site's equipment, installations, and infrastructure. Diagnose faults and malfunctions and perform necessary interventions. Ensure the maintenance of building infrastructure: doors, gates, loading docks, locksmithing, plumbing, lighting, heating, etc. Ensure the maintenance of mechanical and automated equipment: conveyors, packaging machines, handling systems, etc. Organize and monitor maintenance interventions based on priorities, site constraints, and safety rules. Manage and oversee external companies: quotes, planning, support, service control, and action follow-up. Follow up with service providers on all regulatory controls and track remarks. Perform inventories and monitor supplies. Use and update the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and write intervention reports. Participate in improvement, modification, and evolution projects for equipment and infrastructure. Be proactive in improving the reliability and availability of installations. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
👉 REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical maintenance and fault diagnosis. Automated systems, conveyors, and handling equipment. Building infrastructure maintenance. CMMS and intervention management. Spare parts management and follow-up of external companies. We are primarily looking for a technical, versatile, and autonomous profile, capable of diagnosing a problem, prioritizing interventions, and calling upon a specialized service provider when necessary.

Holder of a BTS (Higher National Diploma) in Industrial Maintenance, Systems Maintenance, Electrotechnics, or equivalent, you ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or logistics environment.
A Bac Pro MEI (Vocational Baccalaureate in Industrial Equipment Maintenance) with 5 years of experience may also be considered.
You have knowledge in:
