Job description
DELAN is continuously looking for IT Technicians for companies in the greater Montreal area, Quebec and across Canada. Generally, the IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to the company's employees in order to efficiently resolve IT problems.
MORE SPECIFICALLY
• Provide IT support (hardware and software) to employees
• Configure new workstations and keep them up to date
• Work in an environment mainly on Windows and Microsoft 365
• Participate in user training and technical documentation
• Maintain the IT inventory and license management
PROFILE
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
• Experience in a company on Windows and Microsoft 365
• Mastery of a ticketing system
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
• DEP in IT support or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
