Today, we are looking for our future Expert Technician.

Possessing a strong interest in technology and excellent interpersonal skills, your expertise allows you to work on complex components and advise members of the technical team.

Within our dealership, you will be responsible for various missions:

• Perform diagnostics on driver assistance and connectivity systems to identify the root cause of customer complaints,

• Carry out complex technical operations when they are related to the electrical and electronic components of the vehicle,

• Ensure the quality of interventions,

• Ensure compliance with methods recommended by the manufacturer,

• Represent the Group's values,

• Meet customer expectations and needs,

• Advise, guide, and assist workshop personnel and the Customer Advisor with your broad expertise

• Be the technical referent for areas related to electric and hybrid vehicles, their technologies, and the legislation associated with interventions.

Holding a Bac+2 degree (equivalent to an Associate's degree or HND) in automotive mechanical expertise - such as: COTECH, CQP after-sales expert technician, diagnostic technician, Automotive Electrical and Electronic Technician, automotive maintenance - you have at least 5 years of successful experience.

You are naturally drawn to this type of role, and your interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset are your strengths.

Perseverant, curious, versatile, you can meticulously solve logical problems. You are proficient in computer and office software.
