Eco-Tech Ceram designs, finances, and implements industrial heat decarbonization solutions: waste heat recovery, electrification of processes (Power-to-Heat), and thermal storage. Our technologies: Eco-Stock® (high-temperature thermal storage), E-Burner® (electric air heater), E-Boiler (electric boiler), and recovery exchangers — provide industry with clean and competitive heat, in the form of hot air, hot water, or steam.

Based in the Toulouse region, Eco-Tech Ceram currently has 20 employees. With 10 years of experience, strong technological capital, recognized R&D, and successful industrial projects, the company has just completed a €16 million fundraising round to accelerate its deployment in Europe.

In this context, Eco-Tech Ceram is expanding its technical team and is recruiting an R&D Test Technician to participate in the E-Burner testing program.

Your mission will be to conduct tests that validate the performance and robustness of the E-Burner.

Reporting to the design engineer, the R&D Test Technician will conduct the testing program for Eco-Tech Ceram's E-Burner®, its flameless electric burner, and Eco-Stock®, its high-temperature heat storage system.

They will be responsible for preparing, commissioning, and monitoring the tests carried out on the innovative equipment developed by Eco-Tech Ceram.

They will work in close collaboration with the ETC teams, particularly the design office, as well as with the various technical partners and service providers involved in testing and development.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Prepare the installation of equipment and testing facilities on ETC platforms or directly at industrial clients' sites.

• Perform commissioning, adjustment, and validation operations of equipment to ensure their proper functioning.

• Conduct tests and testing campaigns on heat production and storage solutions, adhering to defined protocols.

• Collect, process, and analyze test results, and contribute to their reporting to support development and improvement activities for the solutions.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment, prototypes, and test benches based on field feedback.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures during interventions, experiments, and travel to industrial sites.

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams, the design office, and external partners to ensure project progress and test reliability.

Your profile:

With a background in Industrial Maintenance (BTS level), including knowledge of automation, you ideally have prior experience in the maintenance and/or commissioning of industrial equipment.

You are someone who enjoys fieldwork, assembly, troubleshooting, and finding technical solutions to unforeseen issues. You pay particular attention to safety and the traceability of your tests. You are organized, capable of managing multiple testing campaigns in parallel across different sites, and available for frequent travel with overnight stays.

Electrical certification B2V/BR desired, or the ability to obtain it upon hiring (training covered).

Required Skills

· Conducting tests and commissioning of industrial installations;

· Industrial electricity;

· Instrumentation and measurement: temperatures, pressures, flow rates, electrical power;

· Reading electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings;

· Mechanical assembly and interventions on industrial sites;

· Analysis of results.

TERMS

You will be based at our premises in Rivesaltes (66).

You are able to travel to client sites, frequent travel required.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Compensation will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

12-month fixed-term contract.
