What does the job entail?
As a technician, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs of machines in production and packaging. You will prepare and execute work orders, intervene quickly in case of breakdowns, and participate in the installation of new equipment. Safety, hygiene, and clear communication are an integral part of your role.
Your main responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the machine park, as well as in case of breakdowns
* Prepare production and packaging lines, and participate in the assembly of new installations
* Analyze breakdowns, intervene effectively, and communicate with colleagues and supervisors
* Report technical interventions, modifications, and any risk of contamination
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace, including the correct cleaning of installationsProfileProfile sought
* Minimum A2 diploma in electricity or technical field, or equivalent experience
* Good practical and technical sense, capable of solving problems autonomously
* Ability to work independently and prioritize
* Experience in forklift operation is an asset
* Basic knowledge of Dutch, French, and English (reading and comprehension)
* Availability to work on Saturdays and under sometimes difficult conditions (cold, heat, heights, confined spaces)OfferWhat we offer
