We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the preventive, conditional, and corrective maintenance of our industrial equipment to ensure its availability, reliability, and performance. You will diagnose breakdowns, ensure rapid recommissioning of installations, and actively participate in continuous improvement actions, while respecting safety, quality, productivity, and 6S standards.

Maintenance Technician

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Strictly respect and apply SUVA rules, lockouts/LOTO, and work standards during any intervention
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and 6S in the maintenance areas and restore equipment to working order after intervention
  • Perform maintenance interventions on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automated equipment, and vision/control systems
  • Methodically diagnose breakdowns, restore operation as quickly as possible, and ensure safe recommissioning for production
  • Contribute to the resolution of quality issues related to equipment and implement defined preventive and corrective actions
  • Perform preventive and conditional maintenance according to the defined plan, identify deviations, and report any anomalies requiring action
  • Rigorously complete intervention reports in DIMOmaint: symptoms, diagnosis, cause, actions taken, parts used, and recommendations
  • Apply and respect instructions, standards, parameters, and machine settings; propose improvements based on feedback
  • Ensure a structured handover at the end of the shift: ongoing breakdowns, risks, work to be continued, and priorities
  • Contribute to maintaining the standard pace and cycle time by identifying and addressing technical deviations impacting OEE

Your profile:

  • Completed training such as CFC in Automation, Polymecanics, BAC+2, or equivalent qualification
  • Solid foundation in mechanical and electrical maintenance; good understanding of automation, pneumatics, and vision systems
  • Good command of reading electrical diagrams and technical documents, diagnostics, and machine adjustments
  • Ability to take charge of new equipment, technologies, and technical problems autonomously and methodically
  • Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multilingual professional environment.
  • Languages: good command of French, German, and/or English

Work organization:

  • Weekend team: working days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Hours: 05:00 – 17:00 or 17:00 – 05:00
  • Weekday team: working days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 05:00 – 13:30 or 13:30 – 22:00
