At the heart of a production site near Albertville, you will join the maintenance team and contribute directly to the performance and reliability of the facilities. - Permanent contract to be filled: rapid start date. - Day shift: 7 am-4 pm Monday to Friday + on-call duties - Human-sized company: cooperative spirit, family atmosphere, quality know-how Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work on all industrial equipment to ensure the continuity of production and the quality of our products. On a daily basis, you will be required to: - Diagnose breakdowns and intervene on multidisciplinary equipment: automation, electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics - Carry out preventive and curative maintenance operations to optimize facility availability - Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment and production processes - Carry out electrical modifications and produce diagrams according to site needs - Monitor and manage spare parts in conjunction with the maintenance store - Work in collaboration with production teams to ensure optimal line operation - Higher education in industrial maintenance (Bac +2 type MEI, electrotechnics, or equivalent) or significant experience in a similar position - Solid skills in electricity and mechanics - Knowledge of the agri-food sector appreciated - Analytical mind, responsiveness, and autonomy - Taste for teamwork and sense of responsibility Job conditions - Participation in on-call duties 1 week out of 3 (night & weekend) - Position to be filled as soon as possible - Salary according to experience + meal allowance As part of its diversity policy, Manpower considers all applications, including those from people with disabilities, with equal skills.
