Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The Maintenance Technician (M/F) Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader of the relevant sector, you will be responsible for the preventive, curative, and improvement maintenance of production equipment.
In order to maintain optimal productivity and the smooth running of the lines, your tasks will include:
- CARRYING OUT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK
- Ensure the preparation of preventive work from work orders
- Ensure the proper execution of preventive work
- Ensure permanent equipment auditing, correct deviations in real-time, and maintain continuous dialogue with the Production Department.
- Enter data into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Contribute to the optimization of work orders and operating procedures by validating their content and periodicity and by proposing improvements.
- CURATIVE AND CORRECTIVE TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS
- Respond to calls from Production personnel and other Maintenance Technicians.
- Identify equipment malfunctions.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
- Measure the effects of your intervention.
- Identify defective components requiring future repair.
- Enter data into the CMMS.
- At the end of a maintenance intervention, inform production management and assist with line restart (follow-up).
- IMPROVEMENT INTERVENTIONS
- Take into account improvement requests originating from intervention requests aimed at improving equipment efficiency, working conditions, product quality, and/or safety (of people, goods, and products). Carry out and follow up on these.
- Make any improvement proposals aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency, working conditions, product quality, and/or safety (of people, goods, and products).

The Profile Sought

Graduated from a BTS (Advanced Technician's Certificate) in Maintenance (MSMA, MAI). You have a first experience in an industrial environment (ideally agri-food).
You have good knowledge in mechanics, electricity, as well as notions of automation. You are aware of the constraints related to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
You possess good team spirit but also know how to work independently and with rigor.
