Maintenance Technician (H/F)

The Company:

Our client, the company FES, specializes in the installation and maintenance of professional kitchen equipment.

To support its development and ensure after-sales service in the Rhône-Alpes region, we are looking for a:

Maintenance Technician H/F

Your Missions:

· You will ensure the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of cooking equipment for catering professionals.

· In daily contact with the company, you will plan your interventions by demonstrating efficiency in your organization.

· You will ensure regular reporting of your interventions and activities.

· The clientele is located in LYON and its surroundings; interventions are limited to your department, and you will manage your working hours throughout the day.

· You will travel to the site in Montpellier 3 or 4 times a month at most.

Profile

You hold a diploma in electrotechnics or electromechanics (Bac/equivalent or higher) and have at least 5 years of experience in the after-sales service of professional kitchen equipment.

Knowledge of cold kitchen equipment would be a plus. As the equipment is specific to the sector, training will be provided upon arrival.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and conscientious. Your professionalism and customer service skills will be strong assets for representing the company.

You are comfortable using tablets to enter intervention reports (via software), order parts, or look up information.

You will not be responsible for quoting prices, but you will follow up on your interventions.

This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled quickly / 35 hours / Salary according to experience and profile.

You will also benefit from a bonus that can be equivalent to a 13th month's salary, health insurance (50% covered), meal vouchers (€10.38), a company vehicle, a mobile phone, and a laptop.
