Maintenance Technician M/F

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be a key player in the site's technical performance. Your main responsibilities will be: Organize and plan preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance work. Lead, motivate, and mobilize a team of maintenance technicians. Write intervention reports, ensure reporting, and transmit information to teams and the manager. Develop improvement areas to strengthen equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability. Participate in continuous improvement monitoring by drawing inspiration from past incidents and sharing best practices. Comply with safety and quality rules during all your interventions. Intervene quickly in case of breakdowns and collaborate with the relevant teams to resolve problems effectively. Ensure the scheduling of daily work and lead maintenance meetings in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. Participate in performance reviews, new works meetings, and contribute to the processes for requesting interventions and ordering spare parts. . .meal baskets
