The position of MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (H/F)

We are a generalist agency (Industry, Building, Logistics, Agri-food, Services; for entry-level and/or experienced levels).
Your Adwork's agency in REZE is looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (H/F) for one of its clients specialized in the agri-food sector.
Under the responsibility of the maintenance manager, your main missions will be:
- Ensure the smooth running and optimal technical condition of the machine park
- Carry out preventive and curative maintenance interventions according to the established schedule
- Use and update the CMMS for intervention tracking
- Analyze the causes of breakdowns and malfunctions observed
- Propose corrective action plans and technical improvements
- Participate in the training of production operators on first-level maintenance
- Support production teams in the use and adjustment of equipment
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules specific to the agri-food sector
Work in a temperate environment.
- Mission location: SAINT HERBLAIN (44800)
- Remuneration: According to profile and experience + bonuses
- Contract to be taken up in CDI (Permanent Contract)
- Working hours: Regular hours with possibility of 3x8 shifts for replacements and on-call duties

The profile sought

- Holder of a technical qualification such as BEP, Bac Pro or BTS in the field of maintenance
- Solid knowledge and strong interest in mechanics, electrotechnics, and automation
- Analytical and diagnostic skills for complex technical issues
- Pedagogical skills to transmit good practices to operators
- Autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness in task execution
- Team spirit and proactivity for continuous improvement of the service
