We are looking for an electromechanical maintenance technician (F/H) - Continuous Fire for our client based in Grande-Synthe. Your technical challenge
At the heart of a large-scale industrial site, you are the guarantor of equipment availability. Expert in electromechanics, you intervene on complex systems where reactivity is key.

Your main missions:

Diagnostic & Repair: Identify electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures and intervene effectively.
Predictive Maintenance: Anticipate failures to avoid production downtime.
Optimization: Perform tests after intervention and participate in the restart of installations.
Pilotage: Use GMAO to track your interventions and ensure a smooth handover.
Safety: Be the ambassador of safety rules and shared vigilance.

Education: Bac Pro or BTS in Industrial Maintenance (MEI, MSMA, MSPC or equivalent).
Skills: Mastery of reading plans and electrical diagrams.
Soft Skills: Autonomy, teamwork spirit, and a natural ability to take initiatives in emergency situations.
Availability: Continuous fire post (night work), for those who enjoy the rhythm and adrenaline of 24/7 production.
