We are recruiting for our client a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for the Saumur site. Our client is a leading family-owned group with over 60 years of experience as a contract manufacturer in the perfume and cosmetics sectors. The group comprises 3 industrial sites and a gift set packaging site located in France. Development, manufacturing, packaging, our 600 employees are dedicated to satisfying our clients' ambitions.

The maintenance technician is responsible for the curative, corrective, and preventive maintenance of production equipment, installations, and, in support of personnel specifically dedicated to this mission, existing industrial buildings. Ensure equipment maintenance: Ensure efficient maintenance through total preventive and curative maintenance on production equipment. Intervene in troubleshooting requiring significant technical skill and, if necessary, fabricate parts. Conduct technical studies to determine the precise causes of downtime. Identify malfunctions, propose solutions. Study and propose improvements to equipment to their hierarchical manager. Manage spare parts inventory: Standardize machine orders and parts as much as possible. Effectively manage our spare parts inventory while adhering to directives for implementing information tracking. Participate in the development of production tools in a team approach: Think and propose innovative actions within a group approach, generating productivity and/or financial gains with or without investment. Optimize the production time of our equipment in collaboration with users (reduction of downtime, rapid intervention, minimal reduction). Ensure building maintenance to reduce operating costs according to a provisional schedule: Communicate and propose potential improvement sources in building operations (energy, fluid networks, safety, etc.) to their hierarchical manager.

Hold at least a CAP or technical BAC, in automation, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance. Electrical certifications. Analytical skills. Knowledge of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) IT system and proficiency in office software (Excel, Word…). Ability to detect and repair breakdowns.
