MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F)

Specialist in energy management and maintenance of large-scale sites, our client ensures the technical operation of critical infrastructures. For one of its major sites (prison center), we are looking for a technician capable of guaranteeing thermal comfort and continuity of service in a secure and demanding environment. Under the direction of the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of heating and domestic hot water production systems. In this environment, reactivity is paramount for maintaining order and comfort. Your key responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance of boilers (medium and high-power gas/oil), burners, and distribution networks. Reactive Troubleshooting: Diagnose breakdowns and intervene quickly on heating circuits and water treatment systems. Optimization: Monitor energy consumption and propose adjustments to improve system efficiency. Safety & Procedures: Work in strict compliance with the safety protocols specific to the prison environment (tool management, access areas). Collaboration: You will work in direct liaison with a multidisciplinary team of technicians and report your actions to the Site Manager. You must hold a Baccalaureate degree (Thermal Engineering or Energy Systems Maintenance) and have at least 5 years of experience. This position requires great technical autonomy and exemplary emotional stability. You have significant experience in collective or industrial heating. Mastery of combustion, hydraulics, and regulation systems. Basic knowledge of electricity is necessary. You are recognized for your composure, discretion, and scrupulous respect for safety instructions. Criminal Record: Given the work environment, a clean criminal record is mandatory to obtain site access authorization. You will join a fixed site with stimulating technical complexity, where mutual support among colleagues is the rule.
