We are looking for a TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE VSD (H/F) on behalf of our client AIRBUS ATLANTIC. Within the Manufacturing Engineering unit, based in BOUGENAIS.
Job description: You will work within a team of maintenance technicians, serving the central car body assembly unit. You will be responsible to your manager who will help you learn about automatic riveting technologies and support you in developing your skills. Your main missions will consist of: Analyzing and resolving machine malfunction causes (automatic riveters) and proposing solutions to improve their reliability Decoding technical documents (mechanical plans, electrical diagrams) Performing daily maintenance intervention follow-up This position requires knowledge of potential non-conformity risks. The incumbent is committed to acting with integrity, the foundation of success, reputation, and sustainable growth for the Company. This position is open on regular daytime hours for the first two months, with an evolution towards SD/VSD afterwards. A senior technician will provide mentorship during the first two months. Profile sought: You hold a degree in industrial maintenance and have the following skills: Basic English Experience in industrial maintenance A keen interest in technique and taking charge of potentially complex subjects Knowledge of fundamental mechanical principles, including precision part adjustment Good qualities: Rigorous, curious, and autonomous With a relational sense and good communication capacity Ability to integrate into a team and adaptability Analytical and synthetic thinking Attraction to teamwork, fieldwork, and technical problem-solving Familiarity with numerical control principles would be an asset. With a Bac+2 degree, you justify a minimum of 2 years' experience.
