TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE (F/H)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (F/H) on behalf of our client.

Following the implementation of a new production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machines and peripherals in the production workshop. Diagnose and analyze machine failures, perform preventive and curative maintenance up to level 2 or 3, restart equipment after intervention, write reports on interventions while ensuring compliance with procedures. Validate supplier external interventions, propose necessary evolutions to maintenance ranges and write them. Validate operator/maintenance 2nd-level training during maintenance operations Level 1 to 2. Modify graphics and programs of automated and robotic equipment according to directives. Supervise upgrade projects for equipment by external providers. Contribute to establishing charge sheets, receive equipment during the launch of new installations, write prevention plans before external provider interventions and sign as responsible for works. Validate critical parts with suppliers before stock entry. Complete and update the GMAO tool.

With a Bac+2 degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Robotics or similar, you justify at least 4 years of experience in the industrial sector. Experience in starting up production lines, establishing machine and peripheral connections, programming interventions, supervising operators and maintenance personnel, and managing external providers. Knowledge of stock management and contact with suppliers. Day shift during training period, then 2X8 schedule afterwards. A driving license is mandatory, site accessible only by car.
