Maintenance technician M/F on permanent contract Quimperlé Basin (29) Fixed salary + benefits Night shift work Manpower Conseil Recrutement is recruiting for one of its clients, an industrial company located in the Quimperlé basin (29), a Maintenance Technician M/F on a permanent contract to join a small team of Technicians. You will ensure the operational readiness of mechanical production equipment. You will carry out curative, preventive, and corrective maintenance operations, autonomously, from diagnosis to recommissioning of the installations. You will prepare and secure your interventions based on technical files, plans, and procedures, carry out mechanical and electrical adjustments or modifications, and actively contribute to the reliability of existing equipment. Finally, you will ensure the traceability of your interventions. Your working conditions / remuneration: Night shift work (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday to Thursday / 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM Friday) Salary negotiable depending on profile Benefits: bonuses + profit sharing? You hold a diploma such as a Bac Pro MSMA, a BTS MAI, or a similar diploma that allows you to perform this function. You have acquired initial professional experience in maintenance, allowing you to work autonomously and manage complex technical situations in the field. You have mastered the basics in electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, know how to analyze a breakdown, prioritize actions, and intervene in strict compliance with safety rules.
