Profile sought:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English;
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications;
- Dynamic, results-oriented, solutions-oriented, and team-oriented;
- Available to work part-time;
- Full-time on-site work;
Job Description
- Level 1 support: telephone assistance, remote takeover to resolve incidents and requests;
- Recording and tracking tickets in the ITSM tool (incidents & requests);
- Management of workstations and peripherals: diagnostics, troubleshooting, hardware replacement (PCs, printers, monitors, phones, etc.);
- Ensure rapid escalation and transfer of unresolved incidents to the relevant teams;
- Create interactions that improve our customers' and users' day, with every interaction.
