Profile Sought:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications
- Dynamic, results-oriented, solution-oriented, and team player
- Availability to work: 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00, 12:00-21:00
- Full-time on-site work
Job Description
- Level 1 Support: telephone assistance, remote control to resolve incidents and requests
- Recording and tracking tickets in the ITSM tool (incidents & requests)
- Management of workstations and peripherals: diagnosis, troubleshooting, replacement of equipment (PCs, printers, monitors, phones, etc.)
- Ensure rapid escalation and transfer of unresolved incidents to the relevant teams.
- Create interactions that improve our clients' and users' day, with every interaction.
