You will join a well-established accounting team consisting of a director, three accountants, one payroll technician, two accounting clerks, and administrative staff who support daily operations. This is a brand new position created to support the company's growth. You will work closely with the controller in an environment where processes define themselves and evolve. You must be comfortable with a certain volume of paperwork, while bringing structure and rigor to organizing your work.

Your daily routine will look like this:

• Participate in the entire accounting cycle as needed.
• Ensure a rigorous follow-up of documents, validations, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate directly with the controller to structure and optimize processes.
• Treat invoices, supporting documents, and administrative files with precision.
• Contribute to the reliability of financial information.

Sought-after profile:

• Solid experience in accounting and mastery of the complete accounting cycle.
• Able to take charge of several steps in the cycle, from data entry to reconciliations.
• Rigidity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a context where processes define themselves and evolve.
• Able to manage a large volume of documents and multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, reliable, and solution-oriented.
