Work location:Vouvry, located in the Chablais Valaisan region.Your mission:• Handle requests from our clients based around the world for resolving complex technical problems.• Follow up on technical requests to prepare commercial offers and assist internal sales...• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or in-person visits.• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments.• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
