Automotive Technician (M/F)

Our Volkswagen Roubaix dealership is strengthening its workshop team and is looking for an Automotive Technician M/F on a permanent contract (CDI).

On offer: a fixed salary starting from €2,600 gross/month, supplemented by a bonus linked to your productivity, within a structured family automotive group.

• €2,500-€2,700 gross/month fixed, depending on experience

• Additional variable linked to your productivity (€200-€300/month)

• 40 hours per week

Within the Volkswagen Roubaix workshop, comprising about 15 people and equipped with a mechanical and bodywork service, you will be involved in technical operations requiring method, analysis, and precision.

Your daily tasks:

• Perform mechanical and electronic diagnostics

• Identify the origin of faults and determine the necessary interventions

• Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer procedures

• Carry out the removal, reinstallation, and inspection of mechanical assemblies

• Work on engines and transmission components: gearboxes, differentials, etc.

• Perform general mechanical operations

• Check and adjust running gear

• Ensure maintenance of air conditioning systems

• Carry out accessory installations

• Control the quality of your work and ensure repairs comply with Volkswagen standards

Here, we expect more than just replacing a part: we expect a technician capable of understanding a fault, diagnosing it, and resolving it.

You have a Bac Pro or BTS in Automotive Maintenance and After-Sales qualification and have successful experience as an automotive technician.

You are passionate about technology and particularly comfortable with diagnostics and fault finding.

Experience in a manufacturer network or good knowledge of the Volkswagen environment is a plus.
