Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and staff.
• Ensure workflow efficiency and quality control.
• Maintain strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Support strategic business growth alongside ownership.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and management experience in a workshop environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the aftermarket industry preferred.

Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Respond to online leads and manage customer bookings.
• Provide accurate quotes and manage costing.
• Liaise between clients and workshop team.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor.
• Basic technical understanding of vehicle systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly.

Qualified Automotive Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and general services.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety and service standards.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to meet daily targets.
  

• Trade-tested or qualified technician.
• Experience working on a range of vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and follow job cards accurately.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
