Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to clients (phone, email, remote, physical at showroom)
• Testing returned equipment and preparing technical reports
• Formulating technical solutions and personalized offers
• Tech consulting for clients before and after purchase
• Collaboration with commercial and technical departments for complete solutions
