We are looking for a passionate technology enthusiast, organized and oriented towards solutions to join our team in the technical support department. The role involves direct interaction with clients and testing equipment, so we're looking for someone communicative, with solid technical skills.

Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to clients (phone, email, remote, physical at showroom)
Testing returned equipment and preparing technical reports
Formulating technical solutions and personalized offers
Tech consulting for clients before and after purchase
Collaboration with commercial and technical departments for complete solutions
