What You'll Do: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and industrial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation principles. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
