HVAC Service Technician – Gold Coast Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can join our team as an HVAC Service Technician on the Gold Coast. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance; • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating pumps, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems; • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner; • Maintaining accurate records of work completed, including documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities; • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
