Technician

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• As a member of the technical team, you will be responsible for repairing a significant portion of RIDGID's product range (threading machines, detection equipment, and diagnostic equipment for sewerage and drainage systems, etc.).
• You will provide technical support to end-users/distributors, colleagues, and other service centers within Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
• You will be responsible for setting up the diagnosis, making an estimate, scheduling the work, and performing the repairs according to established priorities and procedures.
• You will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in the ERP system throughout the process.
• You will inform colleagues and customers and report to the Technical Services Manager.

Who You Are:

• A knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, and/or electricity is a requirement.
• You are a technician who can work independently with a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• You have a passion for your profession and enjoy giving new life to the equipment

For This Role, You Will Need:

• You possess a bachelor's level of education and can provide relevant experience.
• As an individual, you are strongly service-minded and customer-focused, dynamic, flexible, stress-resistant, and positively inclined.
• You are communicative in both Dutch and English, with French being a plus.
