Service Technician - Photovoltaic Power Plants

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting technical issues in photovoltaic (PV) power plants
• Support in diagnostics, repairs, and continuous maintenance activities
• Close collaboration with the supervisor to complete assigned tasks
• Preparation of clear and accurate work reports
• Collaboration with local service partners, subcontractors, manufacturers, and distributors
• Contribution to a safe working environment by adhering to internal HSE procedures
• Ensuring a high level of service quality and compliance with customer requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Training as an electrician or electronics technician (ANRE authorization = major advantage)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Category B driver's license — active driver
• Fluent Romanian and communicative English level
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation
• Reliability, responsibility, and flexibility
• Genuine desire to learn, evolve, and keep up with new technologies
