Technical/R Fachkraft for Object Care (m/f/d)

For our customer, a company from the housing industry, we are looking for a technical employee/male/female for maintenance and modernizations (m/f/d) in southeastern Munich as soon as possible.

Our customer has long-term experience in the housing industry and offers a wide range of innovative solutions for the housing market. In addition to new construction and rental, the renovation and maintenance of the property portfolio are the most important tasks of the company.
Your tasks: Support in processing maintenance measures at buildings and in rented units
Participation in planning and implementation of single modernizations in living areas
Support in implementing bathroom renovations and barrier-free housing adaptations
Assistance in maintaining regulatory requirements and regulations
Assistance in processing insurance claims
Taking over administrative tasks for integrating new construction and acquisition objects into the existing property management
Receipt and forwarding of technical defect reports from tenants
Support in coordinating and commissioning craftsmen and service providers (reactive maintenance)

Your profile: Completed technical training, e.g. as a craftsman in the building industry, or equivalent qualification
First experiences in the real estate industry or a similar technical field
Fundamental knowledge of recognized rules of technology in the building industry
Interest in the basics of procurement law
Serviced-oriented working style and pleasure in dealing with tenants
First experiences in dealing with SAP R/3 or similar systems advantageous
Independent work, good organizational skills, and teamwork

A salary range of € 3,400 to € 3,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
